Prior to law school, Hutson worked in private security as a PMC (private military contractor), an experience that shaped his disciplined approach to risk assessment, decision-making under pressure, and conflict de-escalation.

Following law school, Hutson followed a unique career path specializing in intellectual property, with a particular focus on software copyright and technology-driven enterprises. He is the owner of multiple copyrights himself and has personally developed and overseen the creation of cutting-edge software platforms, blending legal theory with applied engineering. This dual fluency in law and technology later became foundational to the firm’s pioneering work in virtual mediation and predictive litigation modeling.

Hutson is also the CEO and Founder of HutsonOffinity, a technology and software development group, and Facerock Timber Products, reflecting a career that spans law, technology, and product development.
